I was curious about how many HA counties I could find. I never heard

Operated for two brief periods from a golf shelter half way along West Sands, St Andrews.
Great fun but very cold! Used an FT897 with 5w to a chapstick MP1 with 4 radials on 40m only.
Lots of stations heard but hard work getting back to them, also several queried the extra M!

It was fun to operate in the limited time available to me due to family obligations.
Good activity from HA !
Unfortunately, one trap of my 30m/40m dipole burned around 11z on Sunday. As I
need this antenna for the PACC in 3 weeks, I started to repair immediately. So,
I ended the contest one hour early.
